Thanks for the upload, pretty good size. Similar to fitgirl's, but this one is more up to date.
The setup wizard window is clipped (
https://imgur.com/YCeZh4I). I can't see the ok/cancel buttons, but it worked fine by pressing Enter.

windows scaling issue, you need it set to its standard of 100%
you should be able to hit enter a few times to make it install if u dont want to change any settings
