After game is installed, I launched the 'DragonAgeInquisition.exe' file.
But it gets stuck in Task manager forever at 88Mb. Is it some issue with Patch/crack?

With this specs this game should open without problem.

Did you disable your AV during installation?

Well
I have excluded my Games folder from autoprotect in AV so never had problem there. Also before launch block the exe file in firewall.
Checked AV history no actions performed before or after installation.
I suspected its something to do with crack so downloaded CPY crack again but realized that its still not running with new downloaded files (well files are same as in KaOs release so no surprise there).
Following is what I have tried
1] Run as Admin
2] Run in compatibility mode
3] Run after reboot.
4] Google about CPY crack.

None of the above solved my issue. Game just stays in Task manager processes forever.

Note: While installation I had issue after 100% extraction where it poped msg that it cudnt find Kaos bat files. As I understood these bat files are for unpacking so I don't think this is any issue .I am not at home so cant verify bat files name.

when u mentioned the bat files I remembered there was a bug in the old installer what effected a hand full of people, I think you maybe one of them.

try install the game again with the old installer, then click ~unpack~.bat what should be in the game folder when the install is finished. that should hopefully finish off the rebuilding process.

[SOLVED]
Steps followed
1] Run 'cmd.exe' as admin
2] run '~Unpak~.bat'.
I had missed running it as admin earlier.

Thanks a lot for your help.
